At Harmonic, I worked closely with PM, Design Manager, and Engineers. I'm experienced in handling various design explorations with a strong focus on delightful usability to test to our customers. Redesigned and responsible to develop the landing page. Designed the feature updates of our main web app. I'm also been worked on the initial project of Harmonic to go into the web3 ecosystem. Besides, I'm also experienced in defining the design styleguide and marketing assets.

I've been working on the design with my colleague Nate, been working on a redesign of the main web app interface to align with the new branding guidelines.

I'm responsible for helping improve the navbar sections, table results, settings pages, company/profile page, notification setting and search modal. I am also responsible for defining and managing the styleguide or design systems.

With the new Branding guideline and the new landing page design, I've responsible to develop it through Webflow. By the new branding giving new nuances, simplify and more clean information that work for increasing conversion rates.

JALA is transforming the shrimp industry by offering a vastly improved management system. With data-driven farming in mind, The goal is to get farmers to make decisions based on actual data.

Discovering the ideas and problems from business and customer perspective. Collaborate with stakeholders, creating recommendations and doing end to end product design tasks, and analyzing the impact after several times using analytic tools. Contributing to design an iteration features also new features from start to finish. I helped to conduct workshops and facilitate design sprints, planning and doing users interview for research and testing, build user flows, and high fidelity prototype.

Jala Mobile App Redesign

The aim of this project was to revamp the previous Jala mobile app to provide a better experience for the varieties of roles and their use-cases.

Shrimp farming is not a job done alone, but rather a team effort. Normally, there are several roles in the shrimp farming process, such as owners who need to know the latest updates on water quality and financial conditions, technicians who manage the work and monitor water quality and the shrimp in order to achieve optimal growth, admins who record cultivation data and finance, and other roles that are critical to the success of shrimp farming. The Jala mobile app, previously only used for recording cultivation data. We need to update and add more functionality for each use cases, and also to bring business needs such as promotional sections, premium features, etc. At this point, we want to change the design of the mobile app so that it can meet these various use case and roles.
